Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry with Brown Rice

Participants will create an attractive, heart healthy plate featuring beef and sugar snap pea stir fry. Learn how to use flank steak and dry white wine to create this tasteful and attractive dish. Enjoy what you prepared with a glass of Gewürztraminer.

This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
