Beautiful Brunch (with Make-Ahead Shortcuts)

Skip the reservations and crowds and make a memorable brunch at home! Chef Shelly will show you how to do some make-ahead steps to create a stress-free breakfast your whole family will love. With an elegant (but simple) rolled omelet, a potato dish that also works for dinner, and delicious scones you can riff on with other flavors, these recipes are versatile additions to your menu rotation:

  • Mushroom, ham, and cheese egg rollup

  • Smashed Yukon Golds with bacon and cheddar

  • White chocolate cranberry scones with cinnamon honey butter

  • Orange pomegranate sparkling mocktails

This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
