Looking to save time in the kitchen? The proper knife makes all the difference! Participants in this class will learn different types of knives and how to use a knife properly. The instructor will give a demo on basic knife skills along with safety techniques.
*A chef knife will be included in the cost of the class.
This class is presented in partnership between Mid-State Technical College and the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
